Production

The Bufab Group has three production units of its own – one in Bufab Lann in Svartå and Värnamo and one Bulten Stainless in Åshammar.

All plants have high capacity and are well equipped for the accurate precision required for manufacturing high-quality stainless steel, acid proof fasteners.

Solutions adapted to the customers
The production in Bufab group is specialised is in machining, coldforming and hotforging – a flexibility that allows a vide range of products in different qualities and dimensions. We are used to work as a solution provider together with customers construction and R&D departments, which means that we can already in the construction phase of the products be evaluating optimal performance and cost.

Quality & Environment
Activities at both of the plants are controlled by careful quality and environmental management systems. There is certification for ISO 9001 as well as ISO 14001, and QS 9000.

The future
Constantly developing our factories in Svartå and Åshammar makes us certain that we are able to meet future increases in customer requirements for specially designed fasteners in high-strength materials.
